Winco does have great prices and is open 24/7 - both are great! Best just to Google their telephone number and call and ask about how to receive the Ad.
I always keep my wallet in front jeans pocket. I think most stores mailers area based on your zipcode so might not be able to sign up. I would call Winco and ask customer service to confirm.
