Good question. If your dog is a certified service dog it is most definitely okay but if it's not you would have to call and ask Priscilla. She is the owner.
Definitely dog friendly! I've had my two large-ish dogs (Labradoodle and Bernerdoodle) on their back patio numerous times. Just let them know and they'll have you walk the dogs around to the patio entrance instead of through the main restaurant area.
