The service was good but the quality of the food has gone down hill. Loved the orange juice! Freshly made and sweet just right.

Great "local chain". Very family friendly with great options for kids. Personal recommendation is the chicken fried steak eggs Benedict with a corn muffin instead of the English muffin. Great mix of salty and sweet with big portions and plenty of protein.

My mom and I came here today and ordered the Joe's hobo omelet. We love our hashbrowns crispy and even though we sent them back to get that crispness we love our server Hector was the best! He was busy serving other tables but still managed to be very patient, attentive and a pleasant attitude. His service showed that he loves his job and enjoys working with people.

I am always impressed with Black Bear Diner and this location is no different the food is so good the service is awesome and I walked away being so satisfied with my experience at Black Bear Diner they do a great job

They do have a sepearate area towards the back on the right (street side) of the restaurant. We had a party with 9 people and we all had sepearate checks.
Looks like outdoor dining while observing social distancing.
Never had it there. But I have not been disappointed by anything there.
