EXTREMELY rude customer service. I don't know if writing a review at Google will ever force this company to fix their customer service. I'm not even sure if there are other companies for water service at this district, so that they're at least forced to care about their reviews. I had to stop the service and their ill-designed website does not allow doing this! So, I had to call their customer service and the agent was completely rude!

The online login is full of bug. Tried to reset password but the link it sends does not work at all. Now I'm locked off my account now it's a very good new system!

Nope. ACWD won't give that information out. Most apartments make you pay your garbage, water and sewer through a third party so you never really see the true bills.
What kind of under-sink water filter do I need? What might I wish to remove from our water?
