We had an awesome experience working with Joe Schembri and his team for buying house in Fremont recently. Joe helped us understand the current market, get good understanding of area and set our expectations right. He is very responsive, detail oriented and makes sure that we fully understand what we are getting in to before making any offer/decision. After getting offer accepted, Joe and his team made sure that whole process goes as smooth as possible for us and also kept checking periodically with us if we had any questions or need any support. His support was not just limited to closing the house, but he went over and beyond to help us settle in the house even after the sale by connecting us with various contractors/vendors for the the changes we want to make in the house. I highly recommend Joe and his team.

I HIGHLY recommend Realtor, Star Santa Cruz and the Joe Schembri Real Estate Group in Fremont , California! Star Santa Cruz handled the selling of my home at 795 Santa Ray Avenue, Oakland, Ca. 94610 with tremendous integrity and expertise and has a staff that is unparalleled when it comes to efficiency and timely follow-through. The entire Coldwell Banker team is very personable and guided me through the maze of somewhat daunting real estate legalities. Star was able to obtain a substantial bid over the asking price on Day One of the property showings! Star is very skilled and efficient and will always support and advise the seller honestly and with compassion. The Fremont Coldwell Banker team of realtors are absolutely fabulous!

The goal is to make your home as appealing as possible to the most potential buyers, before photos of your home are taken. Staging your home can include anything from redecorating to rearranging furniture, cleaning or other aesthetic strategies to present the home in the best possible light.
