Well I mean that is a corporate office where everything is handled . And it is the beginning of the tax season Maybe that question should be raised or redirected to as more later date during the tax season when things are not as hectic and more organized. If you feel there is a legality issue in this matter as my personal advice . I would contact a personal tax accountant to see what the exact issues are. And let them as your accountant quierl the question in matter with the accounting department. And as how you personally would reach the accounting .department is the same way you reached them when you gave them your info and address . Correct?
