Yes, senior friendly. I'm not sure about discounts, it's up to each person selling the property yet when checking each place it's owner/ dealer discretion and rent the space monthly. It's a different concept than normal. Come check it out!
It's a and 55 over community. Not sure about discounts or rentals. Most everyone I've seen are owners of their units.
