Goodwill is a non profit organization that helps over 150,000 in the Rochester and Syracuse communities each year. They are not owned by anyone. Their current CEO has led the organization for more than 30 years. All of their employees are paid minimum wage or above. They help people who are blind or have other barriers to independence. Goodwills claim to fame is they help people with "difficulties" get a job. This includes paying people with mental difficiancies litterly candy money. Meanwhile the OWNER of local chapters tend to make an annual salary in excess of $500,000 and probably their spouce, and children. As well as baord members...it's trickle down charity at its finest.
