I was very pleased with the customer service from the very beginning of a phone call. They had my vehicle for over a week which needed over 17 hours of labor. During the duration they reached out a few times to explain what was the next step and the current status. That really made me feel comfortable and I knew my van was in good hands. When I went to pick up my vehicle , I was treated very well. unfortunately I can't remember her first name but she informed me on the information that was done to my van as well as showing me the layout of where my engine parts took over large area of the shop. She didn't have to do that for me but she took the few minutes out of her time to do so... I am very grateful for that. My over all experience was excellent and thank you so much to the mechanic who worked on my van. It runs like a champ and I hope you get the praise you definitely deserve!!! Common Sense Over All

I did not end up buying from them but they were quick with email responses. Did a trade appraisal online (estimate) and explained everything perfectly. I was going to buy from them but ended up staying local and working out a deal with them. Stephanie and Hannah were great to work with
