We were shopping for a car to replace our Jeep Compass and did not like how the Burdick Jeep management were treating us as repeat customers. I have never owned a Mitsubishi car in my life and Kyle educated my wife and I about all they different options available to us and the types of cars they had. My daughter wanted a White Diamond Eclipse Crossover and the team at their store went above and beyond to deliver exactly what we wanted even though there weren’t any around. From start to finish, they treated us more than fair and made this buying experience one of the best we have ever had.

UPDATE: reducing this review due to recent experiences. I have been coming to Mitsubishi service for quite a while, and I have been happy with the results in the past. Something has changed recently. Last time I was in, I asked about noise from my exhaust, and I was told that the technician was not able to find any air leaks. I asked again this time, had to remind the service manager twice, and was finally given an estimate to replace the center pipe. First of all, the estimate was $1000, *unless* they couldn’t get off some rusty bolts without doing damage to the other exhaust components, in which case it would jump to $3000!!! A professional mechanic should be able to handle some rusty bolts without costing me $2000. I’ve seen the folks at Monro deal with worse! Second, and more importantly, after looking more closely at it myself, for only about 10 minutes, I was able to find a very obvious air leak in the muffler, NOT IN THE CENTER PIPE. As far as I’m concerned the diagnosis was completely incorrect, and for the *second* time, the technician didn’t bother to take the time to properly look into it. S/he apparently just glanced at it and said, “this part looks kinda rusty, it must be that.” I have always come to Mitsubishi for the professionalism and the expertise. My confidence level in the competence of your technicians has plummeted, and I no longer feel I can trust my vehicle with them. I will not be returning.

Defining who my “Service Advisor” was is difficult because the young lady who I spoke to when I first pulled up was very pleasant. She wasn’t extremely helpful with letting me know where to go and wait while my oil change was being conducted, but she was pleasant at least. In comparison, the man who let me know my car was finished being serviced was EXTREMELY rude. He walked to the doorway of dealership area where I was seated (because I never found where the waiting area was), and dangled some keys while looking at me. I then asked, “am I all set?”, and he nodded and walked away. Confused on what I should do next, I get up and follow him to the desk he was standing at. He puts a document in front of me and says “sign this”. I’m looking at a piece of paper FULL of text, and it’s unclear where to sign, and I had no pen to sign. Well, I look up to start asking for a pen but before I could utter the word, this man throws a pen on the document in front of me. Then I ask, “where do I sign?” - still not clear what I’m signing but I’m assuming it’s some sort of receipt or something. He finally pointed at the area I should sign. Once I signed the document, he gave me my car key, gave me a copy of a receipt, and told me I’m all set. I begin looking around, and I ask..”where’s my car?” He says it’s outside, probably in the first or second row, and if it’s not there then it’s right out front. Mind you, this is at Driver’s Village, where phrases like “out front” and “first or second row” could mean a plethora of different directions. I was so frustrated with this man’s demeanor, I just walked away and began pressing the hazard button on my keys to start identifying my car. It’s very disheartening to receive this at type of treatment at a place where I’ve spent a lot of money, and I’m seriously contemplating not bringing my vehicle back there if that’s how customers are treated. The man spoke one and a half sentences to me, as if I was inconveniencing him, and threw a pen at me - not a good experience.

This was a good overall experience. I dealt mainly with Maddy online at first, and she was fantastic. I really appreciate her. I worked with Andrew Fischetti who found something for me by reaching out to another dealership and getting me into a 2022 Mitsubishi Mirage G4. It even has a standard transmission. I am very happy with the purchase. The night I was able to get into the vehicle, Andrew contacted me several times stating he needed something, or he forgot something. 8 calls within an hour was a little excessive. He left me in the hands of another salesman because he was leaving before I could get there. I was very happy with the other salesman, he really seemed to take an interest in me and make sure I had everything I needed. Because of the time I spent talking with Andrew in the days prior, I expected him to call me and ask how I was doing the next day. Not even an email. I know this is a little thing, but I have come to expect a lot from Drivers Village because my husband and I have purchased here before. I think the overall experience was above average. Thank you for your time and help. I am very happy.
