We purchased a Cub Cadet Ultima Zt1-42 at the Cicero,NY location for $3,599.00. We were never given a manual when we bought it and have called twice since and were promised both times that one would be sent and still haven't received it. We also found this same lawn mower for almost $500 cheaper elsewhere. Overall, this whole experience was disappointing. We truly expected better from Home Depot.

Most of the people shop the store obey the signs and take the precautions and wear masks but there are always those that think they're above the rules, ugh!
