I also spoke with Hunter once over the phone and he was very helpful also. These guys are extremely knowledgeable and very personable. They helped turn a bad situation (we had a part malfunction while on vacation) into a pleasant experience. I will highly recommend them!

My wife and I went to Burdick Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep/Ram at Driver's Village to see what our options were for getting a new truck for myself. We had gone there before a couple of years ago and seen Ryan Eiffe when he was just starting there, he was extremely honest and seemed to be a really great guy so when we left he wrote his name, phone # and email on a piece of paper because he hadn’t yet received his business cards. With that same piece of paper, that has been in my wallet for almost 2 years, in hand we went to see him again. He took great care of us and I was able to get the truck I have really wanted for 4 years. We were leasing a Dodge Durango and still had 6 months on the lease, my wife just had some questions as to what needed to be done when it was time to turn in the lease. Ryan was extremely informative and come to find out it was possible to trade in our lease at the current time and they had exactly what she was looking for in her next Durango. Days later we were sitting at the closing table signing papers for a RAM Rebel for myself and a Dodge Durango for my wife! Ryan is hands down the best salesman we have ever dealt with and we will be back to buy any future vehicles from him!! (We now have an official business card, but I still have my piece of paper in my wallet lol.)
