Does not have to be the person on the pawn ticket as long as they communicate permission for you to recover it however you will have to fill out the 4473
Ok all states require you to be a resident to pawn and get pawns out for hand guns now I'm not sure but long guns it didnt matter that may have changed but yes if you pawn it you have to get it out....i have done business with these guys for years they are like my family. Hope this helps you all
