I don't understand the statement, and don't see a question. It sounds like you should have brought your concern to management. The q and a on here will not help resolve the issue.
I will not likely ever go I hope again. My family and myself sat at a table for 40 minutes on 12/14 and no one ever took an order for drinks or food. Even the hostess from the front passes us by. We left likely to never return

Sounds like someone who isn't very experienced in the service industry. You did the right thing by saying something to him. Hopefully it won't happen again.
I don't blame you for being mad or upset about this, i would be to. It never should have taken place but it did. I would have said something to her and you did. But i think telling the manager about it might help her understand that a no no. I wont not like to see get fired unless there been to many compliments against her already for either the same thing or different reason.
