This morning 8/8/2022 I placed a order online. Arrived ten minutes after the estimated wait time. Checked in through the app informing I was on the way and when I had arrived. Several workers walked past not greeting or asking if I been helped? I waited over five minutes sitting up front talking to a door dash worker. I honestly would have left if I had not already prepaid. The restaurant had a good amount of customer. A young lady came by after noticing asking if we been helped? The dasher had been helped before I arrived. I told her my order she went to grab it quickly. I gave a $5 tip on a $18 order. My point saying that is always take the time to see if a customer been helped. Don't just walk past to the back. Could had made a quick $5 just for handing me my food, that was already bagged ready to go. My Colorado omelet and crispy hash brows was delicious.

After one year this restaurant has steadily declined due to Covid and lack of help. The breakfast food was lacking taste and appearance. There are too many other reputable and available restaurants that far exceed their standards. IHOP needs to reevaluate their priorities to meet the customer's expectations. Working in a negative environment results in substandard conditions and high turnover. Best of luck

I had the Lemon Ricotta Blueberry Protein Pancakes w/Blueberry syrup and 2 eggs over easy, 4 strips of bacon, hash browns and coffee. Very good service and meal.

This place is a joke. I ordered 3 turkey dinners that looked exactly like this. The best looking thing we ordered were the salads that came with our dinners and a kids cheeseburger.
