No age restrictions on Silver Sneakers (SS) here. I asked this morning. You scan your card on a separate device from normal members but are free to use the facilities just as everyone else. They also offer a handful of SS classes open to SS members first and GCC members only if space available.
They offer Silver Sneakers at the Center. I'm not sure exactly what the rules for membership through Silver Sneakers are.
