After my frustration of not getting through phone wise..I did have a good experience in the store...They had motorized carts which is all I wanted to know..And although it took awhile before I found an employee...(they had no identifiable clothing or badges). After I did find Robin we had a great exchange & she helped me find nearly all my items!

It's your average Home Depot. They have just about everything you may need to build, repair and maintain a property. They also have a vast assortment of tools, cleaning supplies, gardening supplies and some furniture.

As long as you go to the store and pick out stuff yourself everything is fine. On the other hand don't try any online orders. I have made orders that have been refused and I've received wrong items multiple times. Trying to get issued solved or corrected takes an eternity. If you have deadlines use a different store.

Went "window shopping" today for a variety of things for my new home. Good selection of washers and dryers. Trim was of plentiful sizes and designs. (I'll be painting my own trim, eventually) Flooring selection could have had a better selection. (I'm going vinyl) Never did find the linoleum. (changing bathroom linoleum) Customer service was outstanding!!!! Been a while since I've had to look for anything for home improvements. Just have to remember it's a marathon not a sprint. (aka money and time) And Home Depot will come in handy.

Home Depot doesn't sell truckloads like landscape wholesalers do. You can buy a pallet of individual bags of top soil and they will deliver that for a few but it won't be like a pile of dirt brought to your home.
They do have the ADA carts available at most locations... They are usually parked at the main entrance & if there is not one there ask an associate to help you with locating one or maybe help you shop if one is not available
