Maude changed its format several months back. Depending on the region of the wine they are pairing that will determine the price of the meal. But a good estimate would be around 200 to 300 per person.
It has historically varied based on the featured ingredient of the month. The format may change after this year and I'm uncertain the impact on menu price.
If you look on the website at the ingredient for each month you will see the prices. Note that you have to pay ahead of time and they had 18% and tax to the charge
