How early is the parking to the Forum be open on 01-16-2019, plan to arrive by 1 pm and go for the Tribute by 7pm?

I don't think you can park that early. I'm not sure if the exact time gates open, but it is not that early.

Usually 2 hrs before event starts.. and the forum doors open an hour before show starts..

Depends on the event, sometimes its 2hrs before it starts.
