No they aren't. Just be careful and you'll be fine. Plenty of stuff in the air last when I was there 3 weeks ago
Not recommended but if you get in with it you're in the security there very rarely trips about it once you're in the venue noone cares
I saw people using them inside. I would imagine you could get kicked out if caught using inside. It's a risk, you need to decide if it's worth taking.
A lot of people used them in their seats during a concert, but security was looking for them. I wouldnt recommend bringing it in.
