Great company. This location has ups and downs. 3 days ago it was a perfect, fast show up and get an adjustment. Today, I showed up during working hours and there was no doctor and a bunch of people waiting outside confused. Unfortunate.

I had to make a long drive the day I went into the office and my back and neck were already hurting. Dr. Wong was able to adjust me and helped release the tension in those areas especially in my neck. A lot of times when I get adjusted they can't get my neck to move but he was able to do that for me. Thanks so much.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They seem to not need patients. All I needed was an adjustment— something that I always get in my hometown joint spots. The most basic adjustment. They pretty much said they could halfa** it and it would be up to me how I end up. What kind of answer is that? Receptionist was rude as soon as we walked in too. Hopefully it was just a bad day in this place.

You will not automatically receive the same chiropractor for each of your adjustments. We make our doctor schedules available so that if you find a doctor you prefer, you can stop by when they are at The Joint for an adjustment.
Yes, our chiropractors can adjust children of all ages, including infants and toddlers. We have discounted pricing on plans for those under 18.
Our clinic is an open adjustment room, so we do not have private rooms for our chiropractic adjustments. Further privacy in order to discuss issues of a medical nature will always be accomodated. You will remain fully clothed for the duration of your adjustment, so we recommend wearing comfortable clothes.

Yes!. All of our chiropractic clinics are open on Saturday, and some are open on Sunday as well. The Joint Chiropractic is also open in the evening, so you can stop by after work when most clinics are closed for an adjustment.
No! We are a walk-in chiropractic clinic, so you can drop by for an adjustment when it is most convenient for you. However, we recommend giving us a call before your first visit to learn the best time to come as a new patient. Some locations do not accept new patients within the hour before closing, and some offer the option of appointments for new patients if you would like.
