Proof of current vaccination and ID and mask. Once inside at least half the people removed their masks and were singing along with the bands. Despite keeping my mask on, I developed mild COVID 3 days later.

Proof of vaccination or negative test (depending on event 2-3 days prior). Last event we went to they had rapid testing available on site for a cost.
Vaccination card or negative test and ID. I heard it was 48hrs before the event for the test but I also heard 72hrs so I'm not sure. For vaccine card I got in with just the two doses didn't need the booster. Hope that helps!
