Online it says they "assume" you are either vaxx or have a negative test. But you don't need to show them anything. Up to you if you want to wear a mask.

For the Concert Maluma it said to bring Your vaccination card. And if You don't have that. I believe they where giving covid testing.

You are able to attend an event as long as you are vax or your test is 48 hours b4 event. You will need to show proof.
The Security checked every person for ID matching either test results or a Vax card, and were enforcing wearing of masks at Foo Fighters. I was surprised to see General Admission on the floor, but overall not a big hassle unless you dont have either of those.
