I just watched a customer olacevher Smart Water bottle in CONTACT with the water machine spout in the bar area.Myself and 2 other customers looked on as she pressed the mouth of the bottle the Spout Hello management !

Management can't correct an issue unless you bring it to their attention. I've found them to be quite responsive.

You should have contacted the store manager IMMEDIATELY to alert them and give them the opportunity to sanitize it!!

Maybe you can send an email to Wholefoods with the site you where in so they can desinfect the machine again. That would be helpful to other customers. Thanks a lot!
