I was told you can place an order the day before the actual pickup date after 9am. So if it's next Saturday ... put in your order on Friday after 9am

Yes, you can order it the same day, early or the day prior to play it safe.

Up to where I know same day orders only. Unless theyve changed there ordering guidelines.

Call a few a hours ahead

I would call them. Place the order. And specify the pick up date. That way if they get busy your already ahead of the game.
