How's the drive to this place from Ontario? Is it single line? Because I get stressed driving at high elevations such as Lake Arrowhead. Thanks in advance for your attention to this question.

It's not bad. Once you get through Big Bear going down the 18 is pretty quick.

If you go up the 15 and through the desert, up hwy 18 you'll have 15 min of mtn road to drive. Some of the switch backs are tight for a 25+ ft trailer. The drive in to Cactus flats is a lil bumpy and rocky.
