Can we bring in outside snacks? We have little ones.

You can bring some stuff if you go on their website they'll have a list of things they accept like one water bottle each person things like that but you can always sneak in a couple items. They're pretty cool there but on the website gives a lot of information about bags and what you can bring so it might be worth checking out

Be responsible and put a small amount in a purse, should be fine. Their food prices are very affordable, however and always have family friendly deals.
