It's very busy on payday, because the customer service area cashes checks at a real good price, I believe they charge about $2. Or $3. Plus they are pretty good at being customer service and I like good services even if it's Walmart. I would gladly recommend going to Walmart in or at the Almaden expressway & 85 freeway next to Best buy. ...the 2 people I had contact with cashing my check where very polite and talk to me very professional and a pleasure speaking with both. The old Walmart at Monterey and 101 freeway had been closed for awhile, I would like to to know why? Because we need more here in San Jose.
In my experience whenever the store is open someone is available to work the customer service area. There might be a wait and you are at Wal-Mart so keep that in mind.
