It's approx a 25 minute drive. The highway is right next to the hotel, so it's a simple drive. The Founders Inn was superior to any hotel next to the beach, so the distance was worth it.

It's not. It is right next to the hwy which takes you to a beach, though, with about 20 min drive. However everything around here takes 20 minutes. So it goes fast. Staying inland will reduce foottraffic noise.

It is not that close. It is actually off Indian River Rd. 30 minutes to 45 minutes drive on interstates. And that also depends on traffic.
