When we arrived there was feces in the toilet so it obviously had not been cleaned after the last guest. We had one bath towel and no other towels, wash cloths or hand towels. Our parents room next door reeked of Marijuana. There was debris all over the 2nd floor balcony in front of all the rooms. We did not feel safe at all in the area. The railings on the staircase were rusted nearly all the way through in spots. The photos associated on the website do not adequately represent the facility. There was no cable in our room, only static on the TV. There were nit wnough outlets for the lamps so we had to switch them around to use different areas. Immediately after arriving we told them we would stay the one night but not the next 6 nights we thought we would. They still charged our cards for the full 7 nights. This place is not a place for kids or vulnerable adults. Constant Marijuana smoke all around.

My son took me on an trip to Virginia Beach as an birthday gift with his family and this NO TELl was horrible.! We (my son, myself, pregnant girlfriend and 2 kids) were supposed to stay 6/10/22-613/22, but cut visit short due to unpleasantness. We traveled all the way from Niagara Falls and we were exhausted when we arrived so didn't notice the uncleanness until the next day. My son got an additional room the next day first thing in the morning, before we went out for the day. The first room had an dirty tub, dirty used bar of soap with hair on it and refrigerator was plugged in. When we plugged it in we noticed old food containers inside and they didn't clean our room at all while we were out, plus we didn't have enough towels. We had no washcloths whatsoever and no telephone. When my son told them there was bugs in the additional room and he'd like an refund the female at the desk told him he couldn't get one. They had words and we cut our vacation short by an day, I will be contacting corporate and AARP for this disaster!!!DO NOT EVER STAY HERE, GOD BLESS YOU!!!

6hr drive to arrive to the most disgusting hotel I have ever purchased. There was so many things wrong with this room. I arrived with my husband and 7month old for a wedding. First off the room was dirty from the walls/ floors/ chair/ and sheets. I felt like a horrible mom knowing at that moment I couldn’t even cancel my stay and find another spot considering it was a 5days. Which we ended up leaving early. My husband had to rush to the nearest family dollar just to pick up some disinfecting spray. You would think with COVID still going on that they would be super clean. No holes in the sheets, no smoke detector which I had to complain about. And it was found in h th e draw with no battery. No light bulbs, ac was dirty the air smelled like a smoke room when we asked for a non smoke room. Broken glass frames. Tv control had dead batteries. There was also a bad smell that stayed behind the mini fridge lord it was the worst smell ever. The wires on the outlet was exposed and was super unsafe. There was no cushion on the ironing board and when asked for the cover they proved us with a towel to lay on it. There was no phone in the room for room service which states there should of been. Mind you house keeping never came into change sheets or towels. When asked to change towels the 3rd day we was told we needed to wait till the morning. Stayed free wifi which was a lie there was a sign stating it was wifi for $20/day. There was no breakfast provided as stated as well. I could continue but I believe I said enough. Once again This was by far the worst experience ever. Dont think I’ll ever look into this hotel branch ever. The picture are so outdated. I’ve seen more drug attacks and hookers then guest. Just overall horrible.. but guess you pay what u get. Took so many pictures I wish I could post but I don’t see an option to even do that

I got 2 Rooms and stayed there for business and pleasure. I thought it was a good hotel from what I see on the pictures. But it was the worst hotel. -rooms smelled so bad -did not had any towels of needs like shampoo or other stuff -the room was not ready when I arrived at the property.
