$$$$$ Minimum 2 nites in Spring (April) End of pier over water, approx $330/nite. Fall is a minimum of 3 nites, end of pier over water, approx $950 total. If you can afford at least one time it is an awesome experience. Almost a year wait tho. Priority goes to existing customers which is nice if you wish to continue going yearly.
A 1 bedroom end of April was $265. 3rd cabin from the entrance not over the water. It was only 2 nights though. A last minute cancellation. It had a fully equipped kitchen.
