Windsor Homebrew supply will probably never carry DosXX because it's corporate beer, not Independent beer, but you can go to Total Wine or BevMo and they'll have DosXX for you
For major brands you are best off to go to a major retailer.
Windsor Homebrew Supply doesn't carry Dos XX on stock, you'll have to call and ask.
