Why doesn't this place have some sort of security guard out front? I've never actually been able to go inside without being accosted by a vagrant for something.

Yes And at night there is a security guard on duty

Yea early morning and in the evening there is security on duty but he's usually in the front on the inside of the store at the entrance so he doesn't really help with the people standing outside asking for money anyway you know

A police car usually is by their liquor store.
