I brought a 2017 Porsche Macan on December 16, 2017 & it didn’t come with any mats or owners manual. It’s now March 20, 2018 & I’m still going back & forth about mats. Is this a common practice?

I lease a Audi Q7 from the collection by the end of 2015 and after spending half day negotiating payments and price I now realized that the information on the contract do not reflect the 12k we negotiated and in concequesce we are over miles and out of thousands of dollars. Pleas make sure you sign what you negotiate on the contract.

In my experience, that is definitely not a common practice, if you want, I can put you in contact with my rep.

It is not common. But you should ask for that at the time of purchase

Did you brought a new brand porsche or a preowned? Maybe that's the diference but of course there is no reason for that. Definitely never heard about that at The Collection. At least with New Vehicules.
