Wonderful experience with the gentlemen in Maserati. Took my car in to replace my tires with no appointment and they were as quick and efficient as possible. They use Alto to pick up/drop off wherever you need them to which was another lovely experience. I will definitely be taking my car here for service going forward.

I have bought two cars during the last 2-3 years, the Audi where the service was excellent, and presently the Maserati and the service are awful. I brought my Maserati for the first service two days ago, scheduling three months ahead. 1. Car promised to be released the same day afternoon and released on the 3rd days afternoon 2. No replacement car given 3. Asked to wash the car and to charge me, but the car released unwashed 4. On my system where inserted a new phone user that most probably drove my car during that day Although prices are the most expensive, I prefer using the collection as I believe the perfect service. Still, unfortunately, after this lousy service, I will never be back to The Collection, not to buy a new car and not for service. I must say that I had an Audi before the service at the Audi department was much better. Maserati people, you have to be shame; you lost a client that bought a new car every two years. Never again Maserati although it is a great car

I could agree with some comments, one of my biggest pet peeves is not getting greeted & maybe it’s because we didn’t walk through the front so that is something to put into consideration. Overall this establishment is well designed & showcases beautiful luxury cars. To manifest our year, my boyfriend and i celebrated our one year anniversary here. Thank you guys for an amazing experience.
