Space rents depend on size of each lot, so varies. I have a small lot, but my space rent is between $700 to $800.00/month, but need to add in all utilities. In general, with no mortgage, my total monthly cost w/ space rent & utilities & fees, is $1100.00/month. Space rents always go up each year by allowable percentage. 5 Star Park, so space rents not cheap here. One caution: Be careful of Sun Communities. That’s all I can say. Have lived here since 2007. Very peaceful here & well-maintained.
