Top to bottom, this is an amazing community. The cleanliness, the vibe, the pleasant neighbors, the view, it's like living in paradise. The staff is incredibly friendly, The maintenance people all stop to say hello.And the office staff are as kind and conscientious as can be. Kacey, Katie, and Mckynzie are all super professional, and more than willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything is just right. If I could give this review six stars, I would.

Beautiful, peaceful location. Wonderful leasing office. Karen Conway is wonderful and answers all our questions quickly and kindly. Javier is so helpful always, too! We love all our new friends here! And the views…. Just wow!

Just moved to this new and amazing place (from Playa del Rey, near LAX 😵💫)… I will post more pictures as soon as I’ll have time to explore; the added pic is from the dinning area/living room. So far, I love how quiet this neighborhood is and how friendly everybody is. Ventura City is so under-rated; didn’t expect to like it so much!
