The members of military, police, and certain security may ship auto knifes. Benchmade requires a form be filled out proving you’re one of the above. But you can ship autos as long as you’ve got your paperwork.
It is against federal law to ship an auto knife unless you are a dealer if you ship it to manufacture they will not ship it back
