I bought a bear ops butterfly knife today and when I got back to my place I noticed the pins and latch where extremely loose and popping off. I was wondering if I could return it and get one that's not messed up or exchange it entirely?

You could probably call them when they open tomorrow morning and see if they will. Otherwise you may want to look into the warranty on the brand of knife

They're generally pretty good about exchanges. Outside of that, the manufacturer should make it right.
