I'm sorry to hear you're having a slow experience. When my husband and I went, it was during peak dining hours on a Saturday night. We didn't wait more than 5 mins for a table, and our service was timed just right. It seemed to be the same for the rest of the tables all around us as well. Hopefully you're having an abnormal experience, and it has gotten better since you first posted this question.
they make sure to serve you fresh and tasty food. if you think you'll have a wait time like mcdonald's or something, take your service somewhere else. :)
Because they dont care. The customer service is awful.
