Only in the parking lot , between your car and the rocks facing the shore , I hilly recommend you to park in reverse so you can use the back of your vehicle as you please ( sitting , counter top). Good luck and enjoy 😉.
It's a state park. There are no bbq pits or facilities. I would feel comfortable bringing a BBQ, however I would check state park web site first. FYI, gets windy there.
Unsure. I don't recall seeing signs forbidding it.
