My neighbor has a little cat with mange and she is not in condition of treatting the poor little animal. What can you do to help her? She is an old lady and has more than 14 cats.

First of all the old lady has to give up all the cats she can't manage them...is so poor . poor things must all be suffering. A call and they bring cages to catch all cats.. period..

U can call them and thru will help or bring in the cat and surrender it

I do not personally work with Animal services ..but you could contact them ..And Explain the situation ..I believe they would HELP..
