We went on the liberty ship and we had a awesome time . Everyone was very courteous and attentive and the food was out of this world . We even tried frog legs give them a try!

Most recent Carnival cruise was on the Mardi Gras June '22. Everything is good except for the shows in the main theater. People are lined up like cattle waiting to get inside and then you have a few low class / no class trying to cut the lines. Center Stage shows were excellent, go early and snag the tables for two on deck 7 beside the sound booth for the best view of the show. Food choices are good with a lot of variety in dining options both free and paid. The ports of call on this cruise were San Juan (A) Amber Cove (C) Grand Turk (D/F). I will definitely book a Mardi Gras cruise again whenever they switch up the ports of call.

Never have I had such a bad experience with a cruise line and I’ve been sailing on carnival cruises for 20+ years. If I could give a 0 star review I would. On the weekend of 2-11-22 me and my family were embarking on carnival conquest for a 3 day trip when we arrive to the dock we are told my father wasn’t fully vaccinated because the day he gets vaccinated didn’t play a role into the 14 days fully vaccinated without counting boarding day. No where in there policy did it state the day you get vaccinated doesn’t count on your 14 days. Makes no sense if I get vaccinated on a certain day I got vaccinated that day not the day after. We were mistreated on the dock and told my father couldn’t board and my mother and me weren’t going to board without him as it was their 30 year anniversary and Valentine’s Day weekend. We then go to carnival headquarters were we are told we need to come with an appointment so then and I ask the guard at the front to speak to a leader or a manager and he’s tells me it’s with appointment which makes no sense. I then call carnival after being on the phone for 1 phone hour they hung up on me.

I used to love Carnival cruises. My experience has changed! Beware of their bait and switch when it comes to onboard credits. Also, if you call to clarify something, forget reaching a human; it won't happen. However they will take your money very quickly. I tried to get some resolution to my complaints and just got the runaround without any real answers, and on top of that, they destroyed my luggage. Very sad, I used to recommend Carnival, I won't be doing that anymore.

I highly recommend you call them directly, or you can look up their website for hiring. Don't expect to get a low rank job, they are really only hiring High rank positions at the moment. Essentially just call them up and they will take it from there.
