this use to be a great place back in the day, thoughts of the re-roofing it, re-roof it with solar panels and sell the excess back to the grid in order to pay for the roof over period of time and maybe be able to re-open the movie theater.

River City plaza actually has like the starvation army or some thrift store in it... it's supposed to be a mall. Of course Keokuk is the armpit of Iowa and has been voted the worst place to live in Iowa for at least 2 years.. the best thing to come out of Keokuk Iowa is the bridge to get back into Illinois

I went to The Crossing in the River City Mall which is a second hand store and found exactly what I needed which was curtains. They all looked very nice and were a fraction of the cost of new ones. #happyshopper
