Yes they do , if you catch them and bring them in. They also give them rabies shot. They also rent the traps for 2 weeks at a $50.00 fee that is totally refundable when return. They are open 7 days a week. The return the cats to the address you but in a couple of days or you can pick back up. Excellent service.
Yes, they usually do it on Saturdays. And when I had it done to my cat about 4 years ago, I had to pay a fee for them not to cut the tip of his ear.
