Puppies are the fastest and easiest to be adopted, that's why most of the time we don't have them in the shelter. Or some rescues or people come and foster them until they get fully vaccinated to be able to survive in the shelter.
Hi Carmen. Very rarely have I seen Puppies at Animal Services the times I've been there. Any puppies are usually turned over to Animal Services because they either found a Mother with her babies and/or own a Mother Dog that had Puppies they can't provide for. So, very rarely and any young Dogs I've seen at Animal Services are already almost grown. Hope that answers your question.
