If you drive into the rear right side of the shelter there is where you" surrender" the pet. You fill in a form and they will tell you what to do. They have nice employees who will help you thru the whole process. Try going in a couple of minutes before they open, lees of a line.
I think they would be able to take him in especially being so young he would be adopted quick, I would say just call them and explain your situation. I'm so sorry you have to rehome him due to your landlord.
You could call or just take him there, he's young someone is going get him quick. Sorry about your situation
