Yes! There are a lot of bends in the trail so just make sure you don't run into anyone. Happened to me once!
It is not very long, I haven't measured it but it is almost definitely less than a mile. You could run to the end and back a few times and get a good workout, though. It is so pretty, I would go running here. FYI there are no drinking fountains or bathrooms though.
You can, but I wouldn't recommend it. The trail has lots of turns. While speed-walking I've almost bumped into people going around corners. You can job, but be careful and always look for other people around the many turns.
Yes running is permitted, trail around 3 quarters of a mile. Lots of winds and bends, not recommended for cycling or lots of children.

Agreed it is more of a walking trail but there are little hiking trails of the main path as well! And it's a gem of a park! Breathtaking outlook at the end as well!
