Companies have processes and systems to help them resolve challenges, especially when they involve clients. A company is only a successful as their customers are happy. Trust me, they want to help you. I understand the situation might be frustrating and challenging, but if you really give the company a chance and explain to them what the issue is, they WILL take care of you. If there is an expectation, experience and understanding are everything. Work with them because they WILL want to work with you to make sure you ARE satisfied.
