Why is it so hard to get parking when each unit has 2 spaces within their leasse? Ive been here almost 4 years and things are just getting worse!!

Depends what building you live in. 2880 and 2890 have a very poor parking design and not enough spaces for both buildings. Fyi....according to the Florida statue 718, it is against the law to restrict anyone from common elements, pool, parking ots, stairs etc. If a occupant of a unit becomes 90 days delinquent in hoa fees then a committee can restrict the occupant from using amenities but not the parking lot or stairs. Paying for parking is against fla laws.

There are constantly people with out stickers parked in reserved! They dont enforce parking even though we still have to pay for parking!!

I've been here nearly 9 and it's ridiculous
